His approach integrates principles of inner harmony and energetic balance, fostering an inclusive learning environment suitable for practitioners of all levels.

In this workshop, the fundamental principles of Qi Gong and traditional Shaolin Kung Fu will be explored. Through guided Qi Gong exercises in the first part, participants will learn how conscious movement, breath control, and focused awareness can strengthen the body, calm the mind, and balance inner energy. The fluid movements of Qi Gong promote relaxation and energy flow, with special attention paid to proper breathing, posture, and vitality. The second part of the class introduces the basics of Shaolin Kung Fu, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and coordination. Through fundamental techniques, forms, and dynamic exercises, participants will learn how to connect physical strength with mental focus and apply the principles learned in everyday life.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

MARIN LEMIĆ – BODY COMMUNICATION
Date and Time: August 17–20, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Marin Lemić was born in Zadar in 1986.
