The Creative Corner is a place for meeting, networking, and learning about EU-level funding opportunities. Everyone is welcome to get informed, gather ideas, and explore potential partnerships. This info stand invites you to join us and learn more about opportunities offered by the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme, Creative Europe, and other funding schemes.

Creative Europe Programme

The programme was launched in 2014 when the previously separate Culture and MEDIA programmes merged into a single initiative under the name Creative Europe. In the 2021–2027 programming period, Creative Europe is divided into three sub-programmes: MEDIA, Culture, and Cross-Sectoral. Building on the legacy of its earlier years, the programme continues to encourage cultural organisations and institutions to expand and diversify their audiences, address current social issues, and support emerging young artists.

The programme has two main objectives: to safeguard, develop, and promote European cultural and linguistic diversity and heritage, and to increase the competitiveness and economic potential of the cultural and creative sectors, in particular the audiovisual sector.

The total budget for the 2021–2027 period amounts to EUR 2.44 billion, almost 50% higher than in the previous programme cycle.
